Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing or using Aurarki’s medical tourism services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Aurarki acts as a facilitation partner connecting international patients with hospitals, hotels, and travel partners in India. We are not a healthcare provider and do not give medical advice. Medical treatment is delivered solely by the partnered hospitals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are arranging travel for a minor, you confirm that you are their legal guardian or have the necessary authorization.
A facilitation fee of $500 per patient is payable to Aurarki. Additional costs such as hospital bills, hotel stays, and travel expenses must be borne by the patient unless otherwise stated in the package.
Aurarki does not guarantee medical outcomes. All medical procedures carry inherent risks which should be discussed directly with the treating hospital. We facilitate logistics but are not responsible for treatment results.
Visa approvals and travel permissions are subject to government regulations. Aurarki provides assistance but cannot guarantee approvals. Delays or rejections are beyond our control.
Aurarki shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to medical negligence by hospitals, travel disruptions, or accommodation issues.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
